At Roche Landscaping Services (RLS), we are proud to carry forward the legacy of Roche Bros., Inc. (RBI), a company that has been a cornerstone of exceptional landscaping and hardscape services since 1989. RLS was established to expand our commercial landscaping reach, solidifying our role as a leader in the industry.

RBI began as a premier provider of hardscape and landscape services, specializing in retaining wall installations across the eastern United States. Over the years, we’ve grown to offer a full spectrum of services, including snow and ice removal, as well as year-round emergency support. Our reputation has been built on serving some of the largest and most successful retail and commercial property management companies in the region.

RLS was created with the same commitment to quality that defines RBI. By sharing corporate resources, we offer our clients a seamless, one-stop solution for all their landscaping and hardscape needs. President & CEO

With a visionary approach and relentless pursuit of excellence, Jim has steered Roche Bros, Inc. since 1989. Under his leadership, RBI has not only expanded it’s commercial landscaping services to include the RLS brand, but also its geographical footprint, ensuring quality and reliability remain at the forefront.

Kent Hamilton

RLS Project Manager

With hands-on experience and rigorous expertise, Kent ensures that every project site operates smoothly. His ability to manage large teams and complex projects while ensuring all safety and quality standards are met is invaluable to RBI’s operations.

Paul Smith
